Hayley brings a wealth of senior-level experience from Universal Music Group, Orange, Deezer and Virgin Media and a host of start-ups that push boundaries through innovation and disruption. A proven strategist, Hayley is experienced at developing, building and understanding customers and their businesses to drive short and long-term customer and commercial impact. With an original background in public relations and crisis management both agency-side and in-house, Hayley’s experience spans across multiple areas, enabling Hayley to identify and execute on new growth opportunities through digital service providers, business development, strategic collaborations and marketing to deliver results. Hayley is an inspiring and visionary leader who is capable of influencing a wide range of stakeholders and is results oriented.

Hayley was instrumental in working with music streaming and subscription services from the outset in a global executive role with Universal Music Group (UMG) as vice president of global digital accounts during an incredibly disruptive and complex period of transition within the industry. Hayley has worked with the likes of Apple, Spotify, Amazon, Google & YouTube, Soundcloud, Deezer and Microsoft whilst at UMG, and two of the world’s biggest football clubs, Manchester United and FC Barcelona, launching strategic partnerships as UK ‘firsts’ for Deezer. Hayley is experienced in content strategy, creation, clearance and execution having managed the pipeline of all non-US content with virtual reality music entertainment platform, MelodyVR, and has been working with entertainment and tech start-ups ever since. Hayley has a BSc Econ in Accounting & Management (Joint Honours) and lives in London with her partner and daughter.
